About The Parlor
The Parlor was born from a simple idea: every neighborhood deserves a place to gather.
After opening Ida’s Sandwich Shop and witnessing the connections that formed around food, conversation, and community, we saw an opportunity to create something more. We wanted to build a space where people could come together beyond mealtime—a place where neighbors become friends, ideas are shared, milestones are celebrated, and everyone feels welcome.
Located in the heart of Observatory Hill, The Parlor was intentionally designed to feel like an extension of your living room. Comfortable seating, thoughtfully curated drinks, engaging events, games, music, and meaningful conversation all come together to create an experience that is relaxed, inclusive, and uniquely Pittsburgh.
Our vision is to provide more than a night out. We aim to create a community hub where people from all backgrounds can gather, connect, and belong.
